Bowks Talking Bouts #103, I had a great to have TKO Lightweight champion Jesse Ronson on the show ahead of vying for a second TKO title at TKO 44 in the Welterweight division. 

 

We discussed Jesse thinking his upcoming bout with Michael Dufort will end in a couple rounds, the Jonathan Meuiner fight not coming to fruition, this being Jesse's first fight of 2018, the use of sports psychology and the benefits of a strong mental game, Chad LaPrise and some of his other hard nosed contemporaries getting him ready for this title bid, viewing this bout as a bit of a redemptive thing since some of his last losses came at Welterweight, being part of that rich London Ontario MMA lineage and what it means to him to be apart of that legacy, being down to train to whatever genre in the gym, and more!
